Walls of mixed large blocks of red, yellow and pink sandstone, under steeply-pitched roofs, the top of which are graduated greenslate and the bottom half graduated sandstone slates. East range, now barn and link with hall, 3 bays; C16 north range, of stables and hay lofts, 2 storeys, 7 bays...."
