    "Former church, dated 1825, later C19 alterations. Rubble with rusticated ashlar quoins and surround to west porch door, slate roof. Ashlar bellcote with segmental arch on west gable. Overall rectangular plan with nave and narrower chancel flanked by smaller rooms; west porch. North and south elevations each have four later C19 windows, (grant from incorporated Church Building Society in 1893 referred to on internal plaque above west door) in C14 style...."
