Broughton Moor Methodist Chapel: Closed to services, now a pre-school

  • Description

The Methodist Chapel is not to be confused with the earlier Primitive Methodist Chapel situated further west in the village (which has been long closed). Remnants of the earlier Primitive Chapel survive such as some of the pews and chapel fittings which made their way into the newer Methodist Chapel, which closed Christmas 2008. The Methodist Circuit still own the building which is in daily use as a private pre-school.
