    "Hotel. Probably C18, enlarged and remodelled in early C20. Squared stone with cut quoins and dressings and ashlar porch; C20 concrete tile roof on main block, stone slates on east wing. Main block 3 storeys, 7 bays, symmetrical. Central prostyle porch with paired Tuscan columns; 6-panel door. 12-pane sash windows to lower floors and 9-pane sashes above. Coped gables on moulded kneelers...."
