    "House. 1788 for J. Grey. Rear wing added 1910 for Cuthbert Grey. Ashlar with Welsh slate roof, renewed brick chimneys. 2 storeys plus attics, 3 bays. In the centre a large early C19 glazed porch. Within it an early C19, half- glazed door and fanlight with scalloped radial head, in fine open- pedimented surround with attached fluted Doric columns...."
