Enclosure south of Henhill, Newham
-
Description
"A probably prehistoric enclosure has been identified as a cropmark south of Henhill, near Newham. The ditch around the whole of the site seems to survive in a number of fields immediately south of the farm. This is all that remains of the site. Elsewhere, particularly in the uplands, this type of site can be found remaining as earthworks...." -
