Description
The Main engine was an 1872 twin cylinder horizontal 32"x5' stroke. The balanced slide valves fitted with Stephenson reversing gear, the 9ft drum fixed to the crank shaft, with the engine worked at 44psi that was non condensing. The Pumping engine was a Bell Goodman Co. 1871 single cylinder 28"x5' stroke. It was saids to be able to pump 800 gals per minute at 11rpm. -
