  • Description

West Cumbria and Coast. The 13th century chancel arch of the church on the site now occupied by St Bridget's Church, Moresby, on the cliffs between Parton and Lowca. It is thought that this was on the site of a Roman fort. Behind the arch is the Grade I Listed Moresby Hall, which now provides B&B accommodation.
