St Kentigern's Church

  • Description

"Dedicated to Glasgow's St Kentigern, also known as St Mungo, there was a church here in the 12th century. It fell into ruin and was rebuilt in the early 1740s by Joseph Dacre. It was restored again in 1895. It was the only church I went to during my visit to this area that was locked." Photo by Anne Burgess, 2017.
