    It should be noted that in the very bottom left hand corner of the image can be seen homes on Rosecoe Road, which immediately back on the chemical works. This image was used by Professor JR James, whilst a lecturer at The Department of Town and Regional Planning at The University of Sheffield from 1967-1978.
