"West Heddon farmhouse is a Grade II Listed Building. The roof at the rear of the property is described as a 'catslide'. This is a roof that continues down below the height of the main eaves and allows greater depth of building without increasing the ridge height. In this case the roof has been raised by 3-courses of brick.
