"Renwick Chapel was built in 1904-5 at a cost of about £800 on the site of the old chapel..It was built of red sandstone and opened in 1905. 1n 1940 it had 160 sittings in pews which had been reduced to 136 by 1981. There was one other room. It continues in use as a Methodist place of worship......site visit 21 June 2015..." -
