Holy Cross Church, Ryton

  • Description

"The church itself is hardly visible from the village although the short spire forms a prominent landmark above the trees from its hilltop site from many sites on the River Tyne and the north side. A partial view over a high wall is possible here between buildings on Barmoor Lane." Photo by Andrew Curtis, 2011.
