    "Formerly water mill and cottage now one house. Dated 1708 but with older core. Extensively modernized late C20. Random rubble with renewed Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys. Former mill building to right has alternating quoins. 4 steps up to off-centre C20 door in alternating-block surround with dated lintel....Interior has one very thick wall with probably C16 doorway. Also, in lounge, the bulk of the mill machinery still in situ...."
