"House and outbuilding. House early C18 heightened in C19, outbuilding probably later C18. House roughly-coursed stone with tooled-and-margined dressings, outbuilding coursed rubble. House roof Welsh slates, outbuilding roof pantiles. House 3 storeys, 3 bays symmetrical. Central boarded door flanked by 12-pane sash windows; small 8-pane Yorkshire sash to far left....."
