    "Stained glass window of the 1870s in memory of Hannah Jefferson of Brough Vicarage who died 24 July 1855 aged 52 and her husband the Revd Lancelot Jefferson who died 11 February 1870 aged 86. According to the Westmorland Church Notes he was for 42 years Vicar of Brough, Honorary Canon of Carlisle, Justice of the Peace for Westmorland, Rural Dean and Fellow of The Queen's College, Oxford."
