Lipman Building


The Lipman Building at Northumbria Univesity, located off Sandyford Road in Newcastle. Dr Cyril Lipman was Chairman of Newcastle city Education Committee from 1968-1974, and Vice Chairman of the Council of Newcastle Polytechnic when it was formed in 1969.[1]
