Janus (sculpture), Bedlington


Janus is a sculpture by Peter Burke located by the footpath from Furnace Bridge to Spring Park in Bedlington. It was erected on the 11th of December 2005, to commemorate the former Bedlington Iron & Engine Works, which was situated nearby. The Iron Works operated from 1736 to 1867.
