Henry Pease (1807 - 1881)
Henry Pease (4th May 1807 – 30th May 1881) - was a director of the Stockton and Darlington Railway Company, MP for Durham South (1857-1865), and founded the Saltburn Improvement Company in 1859 - responsible for the development of Saltburn-by-the-Sea.
