Great North House

Great North House is an office building located on Hancock Street, off Sandyford Road in Newcastle. Staff from Newcastle University moved into the building on the 13th August 2018, including the HASS Faculty Office (previously on the 5th Floor of Daysh building). Great North House was built 1989-1990 and originally housed One North East (the former regional development agency) and more recently was occupied by Newcastle DWF (now at Central Square South), until acquired by Newcastle University in c.2017.
