No. 14, Crown Street


No. 14, Crown Street in Cockermouth is the former Kingfisher Inn, dating from the 18th century. Said to be a former coaching inn, the Kingfisher Inn was auctioned in June 2018, and was converted for residential use. "The property is held on two long leasehold interests by way of a lease dated 13th August 1754 term of 1000 years and a lease dated 26th July 1785 for a term of 999 years."
