Description
Cottage; probably C16 with later alterations. Former Dame School adjoining north end was possibly 1859 conversion of earlier outbuildings (date, with initials S.W. on panel). Slobbered rubble with quoins to school. Graduated stone flag roof to cottage, graduated slate roof to school. 2 storeys. Cottage 4 bays: low plank door with 2 casements to left, and one to right on each floor. School 2 bays, set slightly forward of cottage....
