Fenton


Fenton is a village in the City of Carlisle district of Cumbria, located about 3½ miles south-west of Brampton and 6 miles east of the centre of Carlisle. Fenton Farmouse here, dates from 1762. Historically, Faugh with Fenton was a township in the ancient parish of Hayton in Cumberland. Today, Fenton forms part of Hayton Civil Parish.
